We bought a new pool this year from Islander.  Everyone was so helpful.  They also gave a class on the proper way to close a pool which was great.  They help with everything you will ever need for your pool.  Hailey, Mike, and Andy have been great!  We have been to other pool companies and I have to say, they far exceeded all of them. Go see Hailey! Had an issue with our pool motor. Completely died a week before our vacation. We couldn't let the pool just turn green while we were gone so started calling around. The place we bought our pool was out of stock. And every other place gave little to negative amount of help. I had the model number and everything and just needed someone to help me find an equivalent. Should have called this place first. I was getting very irritated with the customer service everywhere else. Until I spoke with Hailey, who made it no problem at all to QUICKLY look it up and check her stock and hold one for me. When I got to store she came out to help me right away, even explained to me the difference between that one and our old one, and even carried it to my car too. Dave and Don problem solved my equipment issue with my pool very professionally and in great timing. I felt prioritized even though the company is big. It is good to have reputable and experienced staff  working on your property that are dependable and actually care. This summer I bought my 4th hot tub from Islander. ( i own rental property) I have been dealing with Islander(Andrew ) for 17 years  and I always get a good price on my hot tub with out any sales pressure. Andrew is very knowledgable and always able to answer any questions I have and point me towards the best hot tub for my needs and price point. We are very very pleased with the inground pool that we purchased.  The fact that the pool comes in insulated panels made the delivery so easy.  They were able to get the truck in the back yard and stacked everything near where the pool was going to go. Jake the installer had the hole dug in one day and had the side panels in place and ready for the concrete bottom.  By the end of week, they had the concrete in.  After 24 hrs. the pool was ready for the liner, and the water was on its way.  The whole process was very fast.  The next step is to have the concrete poured and stamped around the pool and hook up the pump and filter.  I can't say enough good things about working with Kenny at Islander, Jake and Matt and their crew for their Kindness and explaining everything as they are doing it and answering our hundred+ questions.  When we went into Islander to have our water tested and grab the chemicals we needed we worked with Tessa.  She was very knowledgeable and explained everything.  Very sweet girl.
